Now with breeding how often should I switch out males? I've had some people tell me every couple days, I've had other people tell me weekly. What are you guys doing out there?

We go 3 days with a male 4 days off. If we see copulation with a male and they unlock before the 3 days are up we may throw in another male until the 3 days are up. If I were pairing her with that pied I would just stick with him or another pied, not another recessive or codom. Mixing recessive and codom pairings will make it impossible to know what your normal looking babies are.
