Ok ok, so these torts aren't mine, but they are totally awesome! They live at a petshop here in Milwaukee named Hoffer's Tropic Pets. They have quite a few huge tortoises, many of which were dropped off by people getting rid of them. One had a healed shell deformity. Anyway, for a dollar you can get a big bag of dark leafy greens and feed them! For a dollar, totally worth it. Since they have so many, they say it really helps offset the cost of gigantic hungry torts. There are two groups of torts, a smaller group kept inside, and another group of big ones kept outside to enjoy the summer and warmth in a big garden area.
