My first BP! (pics)

Just went to a reptile exhibit last Sunday and walked away with this beautiful girl!

This is my first snake and I've been lurking on this website for a week now. My only real question is if I got taken on her or not. So here it is, I picked her up for 300 dollars, he originally wanted 350. Shes a pastel het. ghost and is around 1 year old, havent got a chance to weigh her as I dont have a small scale capable of grams. Even if I over paid by 299 dollars I am extremely happy with her (and so is my 1 1/2 year old daughter)!

She looks very small for a year old. However, she's a looker. :)

shes almost 3 feet long when stretched out. and yes I have been all over the care sheets and every other informational thread here (I want to make sure she is happy and healthy)

So since you all know way more than I do, do you all think that I overpaid?

Well a hatchling female pastel usually costs between $125-225. If shes a year old she would be considered slightly more valuable because she is heavier and that much closer to breeding size. That plus the fact that she is het ghost imo is a pretty good deal. Not an expert by any means though, just my 2 cents.

F pastels go for about $130 and Im no expert on ghosts so I couldnt tell you whether you got a good deal or not.
But congrats!!
