Site Maintenance - Monday, Aug 16/17
Greetings BP.netters
At about Midnight (Eastern time) on Monday, August 16th/17th, we will be upgrading the vBulletin forum software to the latest version.
This is a lengthy process, and a massive over haul.
Best case scenario is about 5 or so hours to run a successful upgrade.
We will have a list of items on our "to-do list" and you will be able to track our progress and get an estimated time that BP.net will be back live.
We're happy to announce that we will be rolling out some new goodies as well...but we won't reveal the secrets just yet ;)

Will all templates be upgraded as well? Or should I switch to the default, just in case?

None of the current themes are compatible with the new vBulletin.
All of our themes will be re-created from scratch. We'll even be rolling out a lot of new ones, just to get something fresh out there.
Since the theme you're using right now won't be selectable, you will automatically be switched to the default theme. You can then go through and view each theme and choose one you like. :)
