Mojave and possible Mojave cross

I bred this Dinker female to a Sulfur Mojave and got 4 eggs. Two "normals" and two Mojaves. It looks like I might have hit on a Mojave cross...?

Cool looking mojave, obviously hard to say if anything else is going on there... but it sure doesn't look like a "normal" mojave.

What are you seeing in those pictures that suggests a cross? Serious question. I don't know that I know them well enough to see what you're possibly seeing?

I have hatched probably 25 or more Mojaves over the years, Sulfur Mojaves and Mojaves. I have never seen one like this. One Mojave looks pretty normal, one looks odd. Hard to put my finger on what is going on, but it just looks off a bit, from a normal Mojave.

Nice single gene Vern.

I think the Vern and YB share some characteristics, so this year bred my Mojave Vern to a YB. Eggs are due to hatch soon.
