    You don't need one.

    Breeders will typically accept checks or money orders. Do you have a checking account?

    paypal also lets you pay with any debit card or cc... just have the seller invoice you...

    I've heard of e-mail money transfers being done as well, however, I've never done that for a live animal.

    I sent money via email through paypal before without issue. As long as the other person has a paypal account as well. I payed Rick247 for my 0.1 pastel that way. I also paid Adam Wysocki that way before. I plan on using the same method again.
