BPs and Crested geckos in Canada. (Husbandry q's)

I'm not located in the United States as most members on this site are, and I need help with some things.

Will I be able to purchase racks or heat tape and thermostats in Canada or will I have to ship them in from the US? Can somebody give me a site to where I can order them in either case?

The crested gecko diet that is recommended for crested geckos, I haven't seen this at all in any pet stores, but I haven't searched online yet. Would I be able to pick this up at an expo, or is there some kind of alternative way to get what the CDG provides?

You can get pretty much everything up here. There are quite a few Canadian reptile forums, the most popular being Reptiles Canada.

I get my Herpstats and Heat Tape from Greg West @ Cornell's World. He also makes very nice PVCX Racks.

I've ordered a Herpstat right from Dion @ Spyder Robotics but after shipping and duties, it ended up costing the same.

I get my Repashy from The Northern Gecko. They always carry it at the expos.
