Help Me Choose A New Morph
I'm going to a show in Havre De Grace, MD next week and will be buying something new. Right now I've got up to 300$ to spend and want 1 or 2 snakes. I've got 1.2 normals right now and looking at getting either Pastel, Spider, Mojave, or some Het Albinos. What would you buy as a starting breeder line up for under $300? I'll also be getting more snakes next month at the Timmonium, MD show too.

I'd go with a female Mojave, or a male Bumblebee or Lesser.

My next, and second Ball will be a Lesser...with the overall goal being that someday I'll be able to hatch a Blue Eyed Lucy.

You're choice all depends on what YOU want. A Lesser/Butter would be my choice.

    Best of luck!

It's really a matter of preference. For example, I know spiders and pinstripes produce some very sought-after morphs, but I just don't like how either of them look.

If it were me, I'd go for a pastel. They're one of the few relatively cheap morphs I like.

If you could find another 200$ I would go male bumble bee. Other wise Spiders are awsome to! With 300$ you can buy two pastels male male, or you can buy spider male male. Good luck!

Not sure your prices over there exactly but I would go with a het girl.. Het Clown, Het Pied, or Het Axanthic if it were me. Then in a year or so get a visual male. :)

I agree with if you can get the extra money get a male bumblebee, if you can't you should be able to get a male and a female pastel pair for $300. I've seen male spiders priced $125-150 before, so if you come up with a few extra bucks you might even be able to get a male spider and the pastel female.

I just like the bumblebee though because breed him to your normal girl and you could get:
    25% normal
    25% spiders
    25% pastels
    25% bumblebees

    Easy win. =)

Definitly not going to spend over $300 at this time. Im leaning toward a Male Spider and Male Pastel. Then get a Female Pastel at the next show. I do want to create an Albino pretty soon though. Maybe someone will have an Het Albino Pair for under $150.
