First molt, new scale arrived that looks vaguely like an eye
A new kind of scale emerged after this molt, his first (he's about 22 weeks now; I may have missed the first molt, and purchased him at about 8 weeks) and it's right behind his left eye. If I didn't know better, I'd say it was an additional eyescale or a earscale or something like that, but both eyescales came off clean.

The good news is this weekend he has been in good spirits. He's been handled, had himself a poop, had a shed (while not entirely in one shed, he's mostly done with it), and had a mouse this afternoon. He's snoozing under his warm hide right now, but I'm really curious about this "fake eye" thing that's going on.
