Re: Is this a Ghost Spider?
They are regular spiders. However, even if they were not and you loved the look of them, why would that hinder your decision to buy them? I under stand not liking ghosts, they are not my favorite either, but to not buy an animal you like because of that gene? I don't mean to rant or be rude, I just think even if they were not regular spiders, but you liked them, you should get them.
Re: Is this a Ghost Spider?
Why dont you like ghosts? Simple het trait with no real issues to them to speak of.
I, for some reason, always mix them and Caramels up, but am quickly corrected that caramels are the ones with the genetic predisposition toward kinking, while ghosts are fine.
Re: Is this a Ghost Spider?
i just dont like them coz of their faded color, but if this will be vibrant i sure would like it. is it only that faded coz they are still extremely young (baby)?
Re: Is this a Ghost Spider?
I think the photo quality is poor, it looks like they are less faded than just blurred toward a higher white range.
Personally the bright backs contrast too highly with the browning sides and the whites arent high enough for my taste. I usually look at the backs for the key to the coloration, if they're extremely bright and the sides are too dark in comparison then the yellows arent gold enough for me.
Re: Is this a Ghost Spider?
Over-exposed photos.
Normal spider.
Ghosts are awesome.:)
