    Incubator help
I planned on buying a medium to large incubator for my first breeding season. I was cheching around and found a http://www.reptipro.com/supplies/inc...incubator.html, and was wondering if anyone had any experience with it, is it worth getting, and how many eggs do you think it can hold.

i personally never used one but I am betting you can build a great one ( diy section) and save a bunch money. I got a old coke machine and I can still use it if i wanted to to keep drinks cold outside the egg period lol. I spent like $150 on it ( mainly buying it and going a couple hours away to pick it up). and mine holds alt least 8 clutchs ( possible more if i do it right)

You can build the exact same thing with a bar fridge! I put an ad last year on a classifed website asking for a broken fridge and I got two, one works and one doesn't for free. I used the broken one(removed compressor and controls) and put in 3 feet of 11" flexwatt, a digital thermometer and a thermostat for about $125 and it will hold 8 to 10 clutches! You can build it in just 2 hours! It will work just as good and hold alot more clutches! After looking at the inside measurements, the Reptipro can't even hold a shoe box size tub! That's they size of tub you will need to use for your egg box!
