    0.o I'm a dummy...
Just a dumb question as I am new to the whole 'forum' thing. I keep seeing these 0.1 and 1.0 and such...what do they mean?

    33. What do those numbers mean that I see when someone lists animals? 1.0 albinos or 2.3.1 normals or whatever?

This is a ratio of male to female to unknown-sex. So, 1.0 would be one male. 2.3.1 would mean 2 males, 3 females and 1 unknown.
I have to admit that info isnt all that easy to find. Check out the other stickies in the Site General section, most are really useful and it's always good to have a look through all the things deemed worthy enough to be stickied. Oh, and check out the stickies in the BPs section, also pretty useful stuff.

The number and position indicate the quantity of each sex. The positions are male.female.unsexed.

So 1.1 means 1 male and 1 female.
    0.2 means 0 males and 2 females.

If a snake is unsexed then the third position is added, so it would look like this 0.0.1, meaning 0 males, 0 females and 1 unsexed...:gj:
