    ok i have been seein some snakes for sale that say they are hypo i kno what het means kinda but wat does hypo mean if u could show me like in pictures and explain i think ill understand more please thanks

    A het would be a normal that carries the gene to make a ghost if bred with another het or visual ghost/hypo

    Hypo is short for Hypomelanistic. Basically that just means there is a reduction in the amount of melanin, or dark pigment, present in the snake. This is apposed to Hypermelanistic, which would be an increased amount of melanin. Hope that helps!
