I used them to ship my female out that I traded for a male pin. I had absolutley no issues. Ordered my shipping label, they sent the shipping info to my local UPS HUB, I dropped the snake off and she arrived around 10:30 AM the next morning safe and sound. Their customer service is great as well!

From what I've heard, UPS is not allowing ANY third party shipping. Shipyourreptiles.com has sent out numerous notifications. I haven't heard anything from Reptiles Express but it was my understanding that this was not just specifically for Shipyourreptiles.com. If I'm mistaken, someone please correct me. This really sucks as it means even small hobbiests will have to get Fedex or UPS approved unless this is lifted.

If you go over to the shipping threads, there is a thread regarding Reptiles Express. In the thread there are links to a similar thread from Faunaclassifieds.com. The very last post on Fauna was from one of the founders of ReptilesExpress. He said basically that UPS is entitled to stop the shipping of snakes at anytime, but as of 8/18 he had not received anything from UPS to stop shipping snakes. He said until he does it is business as usual.

I was one of the skeptical however after meeting the people behind reptiles express at the last ATL Repticon I felt a little better and decided to use their services.

I am now ordering my supply from them, they have great pricing on insulated boxes and other shipping supply, offering a superior product for a lower price (can’t beat that ;) ) and their customer service is excellent, Debbie Price does goes above and behind.

I have also started shipping through them and could not be happier with the service.
