    Himilayan dwarf ratties
I finally got some more Himilayan dwarfs, it's been 6 months and numerous litters since I made my first and finally now again I have 4, 2 males and 2 females.
They are on the market, it's mostly a brag thing, Himi dwarfs are not easy to make even with the right genetics since it takes all of the traits to line up just right.
I've made a bunch of blue dwarfs and black dwarfs, finally some more black eyed himi's :D

Standard coat black eye himilayan dwarf
They look like Black eyed whites but they have a tinge of tan in the coat, so I know they will be like my large Himilayans as they mature.

So how dwarfed are they? Dwarf rats sound awsome. How small are they compared to normal adults?

    But congrats on producing some.

Amazing, they only get to the size of a small rat basically!

    How do dwarf genetics work?

Recessive, like snakes, but the dwarfism, or reduction in growth hormones are different in even the same litter.
I've produced dwarfs that were super tiny and not so tiny in the same litter.

I've actually made some almost half that size :O

Just realized I put "normal blue male" for my big blue boy, trust me, there is nothing normal about that boy.

His genetics are amazing, he throws dwarfs, blues, himilayans and odd eyes, red eyes, ruby eye and pink eyed babies depending on who he is paired with.
He is a rex coat so he has that going also.
He has the widest head and the lowest ears of any of the big rat I've held, his son is an exact copy of him except a Himilayan.
