Pastels...

Hey, is a Pastel for $100-$120 a good deal? The breeder has good quality snakes.

Oh, I thought I mentioned that. They are Females.

Before you make the decision to purchase the snake consider other lines of Pastel as well as Supers.

You may find that you would rather have a Super or a different line that may cost a little more. This is primarily if you intend to breed. The more you invest in your initial snakes the more you can sell/trade them for.

However a pastel female is always nice to have if you are breeding. But do more research before making any decisions.

Was really going for Spider or Pastel the guy I might get her from has some nice morphs hatching in the next couple of months and the Pastels he has haven't came out of the egg all the way so he hasn't had a chance to see if they are Super or just regular Pastel. I will also have a good amount of time to get some other morphs so start a breeding project. Aprox. 3 Years lol.

Compared to pastel prices just five years ago? It's an AWESOME deal!

Bottom line, if it's an animal that you really like, then it's a good deal.

I just paid $275 for my latest female (plus shipping), and I think she was a steal at that price. She also was a cream of the crop pastel.
