2010 Clutch #4, mystery clutch

Call me lucky. I picked up 2 female normals for future breeders. I palpated them a couple days after getting them and felt a clutch of eggs in 2100 gram girl. I got little info on this girls history the seller had her for only 8-9 months and never bred her yet picked her up from a breeder. So I have to wait and see if I lucky on this clutch. I got 6 good eggs and 2 bad. 3 of the 6 are only about half filled with veins so we'll see how they turn out. The eggs are small only 468 grams for the 6 good ones.

Awesome! I'd also check to make sure the other female you got isn't the daddy, haha. Good luck on the clutch, and here's to getting something really cool!

They are from different sources, just happen to get them the same day. The other girl is 2800 grams, picked her up for $30:banana:

Very nice score!!...I'd love for that to happen to me..lol...I actually picked up 2 girls, one of which had 3 different males in with her but hasnt ovy'd yet so I ended up getting her and another female for a nice deal...

the only problem i see is if the male was a recessive and the female is not!:confused:
you may have to hold some babies back and breed them together to see.
do you know if she was a fresh import? she may have been gravid at time of capture. just throwin things out to think off.
either way you have some great eggs to hatch.

I have considered the fact they they might be hets. I'd be willing to hold back some babies for myself and see. I don't think she a fresh import as its outside the time frame for egg laying for wild balls.
