Took some pictures of my ratties :)
They are just too darn cute not to take pictures of. I made a page of them on my website so I could keep track of names and parents. I guess I've done a really good job of not keeping the inbreed ones as breeders. I didn't even realize that till I put all the info on one page.
I just got three new additions from a friend, and one or two girls growing up and on their way to become breeders.
This is one future breeder, Gucci

My handsome dalmatian breeder, Pongo

Two of the three additions, the fawn hooded, Gazelle, and the cinnamon self, Bear. The fawn capped is Ratsputin, and the agouti hooded is Anastassia.

The third addition, a black self, Lotus

Gazelle is such a cutie! She's super friendly so I have to hold her every now and again. She always stands up like that! Ignore Anastassia and her sniffing, she just got put back in the breeder tub.

If you are really interested in all of their names and such, here's the page

I need to figure out a good way to take nice pictures of these guys so that they can't run away!!!

Nice pickups and colony you have going there. I like the page as well.

Thank you! I had a lot of fun making that page. I figured if I was going to take the time to put all the information somewhere-including pictures because I need them-why not put it somewhere where others could enjoy too :P I have one more male breeder that didn't make the cut. I will probably make an RIP page some day and put him there. He refuses to die!!!! I don't have the heart to kill them off either since they spent all that time breeding for me, so I put them into retirement and let them enjoy the rest of their days.

My males are to darn big to feed off even if I wanted to do that once they retire. I'll be looking at retirement homes (tubs) for them in the future as well.
