Why is it every time a rat want to drink all the others try to too?
It's pretty funny. One goes the other one or two show up and try at the same time.

:D I know what you mean. All of mine do that, both males and females. If one of them is at the water bottle, usually two or three others are as well. All trying to drink from the same one at the same time. It's quite hilarious to see, actually. Maybe it is easier to get the water if more than one does it? I dunno.

Not as hilarious as them building little holes at the corners of their tubs to lay at, then sitting right at the edge of them, licking themselves then falling backward into them. Priceless.

You'll see them pushing each other out of the way to get to the water..always seems to be one laying there hogging the thing. Reminds me of a drunk laying under the beer tap. Anyhow, glad you are enjoying them. They should do well for you.

They eventually get it sorted out. I give my guys raisins sometimes and they will all fight over one raisin when there are a dozen raisins available lol.
