    so my hypo hondo's setup has about 3-4 inches of aspen in it for her/him to burrow in. shes been here for 2 and a half days and hasnt moved from the very bottom of the cage on her own. if i leave her be long enough will she start exploring when shes settles in?

    Probably is moving when you are not looking ;)

    Animal could also be in shed, snake in shed tend to stay in the same spot for extended period of time.
