How long does a female need to recover

How long does a female need to recover after producing eggs?

Recover in what way? Before she can produce more? That all depends on the female. I'd say at least a year, some require longer.

Cheers..my pied is now ovulating so I guess she will miss next season..unless I pair her up late in the season, will all depend I guess..Thanks

Agreed I usually look at the her weight from the year before and make sure she is over that weight or at least at that amount. :D
