Earliest you have had bp eggs pip poll
What the earliest you have had them start to pip? Just curious so I know when to start checking.

While you're at it you may want to ask hat temps people were keeping them at too.

I will be watching this one. I have a few eggs that look like they are close, still only on day 40. I am incubating at 89.5, and there are two that refuse to plump back up. The medium, is perfect, and there is also extra wet moss off to the side for extra humidity. Water is running down the walls, but not on the eggs. I am hoping for day 50.

Day 51 has been the earliest ever over here.
99.99% of everything here pips between 52-54 at 89.6 degrees.

If a female goes longer from pre-lay shed to laying then will the time to hatch be reduced?
Re: Earliest you have had bp eggs pip poll
That's what i want to see. last year i bought this female and she laid egg 3 week later. this year i know when she shed.

I keep my incubators at 88, and I get pippings up to 7 days early. I have also had pippings 2 days late. Same temperature. They come out when they are ready, lol.
