Time to spray everything with PAM...
Caught a garter snake I think on the way home, he's tiny and was trying to cross the street out where I work. So I PAM'd a tub for him, wiped him down with De Flea and sprayed myself down too (and my backpack where I put him on the way home). I am now sitting with him on my lap in a temp tub while the PAM dries.

    I'll post pics later.

never a good idea to keep a pet caught wild..

plus garters dont just eat mice, they are more work than a ball..

Good luck, you rbetter off letting him go!

I'm just going to hang onto him for a while, then release him when he's a bit bigger.

Id release it as Native species are not allowed to be captive in PA. They are to be caught for hunting under fish/hunting licenses. And Garter Snakes have a 0 Daily limit allowance. There for release it before problems arise.

Aww, thats sad. He's so tiny :( I wanted him to at least get a little bigger before going into the wide dangerous world again. Alas, silly PA.

Man, now I have to PAM for nothing :(
