help me understand please

When someone says they hace a 1.0 or 0.1 pastel or what ever it might be what are the numbers like i saw an add for 3.1 ball pythons, what does that mean? thanks

The first number means male. Second means female. Sometimes there is a third that means unknown.

So a 3.1 means that there are 3 males and 1 female.

0.0.6 means there are 6 unsexed animals.
