    Dimpling and Hatching
The eggs were laid on 4/28 and have been dimpling for the past few days. Today is day 65 of incubation. How long after they begin dimpling do they usually begin pipping?

Anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. Some dimple early, some never dimple. They'll really test your patience so just be prepared...

Hahahaha. Didn't have to wait. Checked on them as soon as I got in tonight (5 min ago) and sure enough, 3 have cut their eggs open. I bred a snow to a normal (both have unknown genetic backgrounds) and I lifted the flap of one egg that the snake had created and the baby is white like momma. I think it is a snow. I tried to see what was in the other two that have cut their eggs. One looked really dark so I'm thinking an anery, but I can't be sure. So I think my normal is het for amel and anery! I'm going to find my camera really fast and take a pic of the white hatchling. I know color comes in last but it really does look like a hatchling snow.
