    oh boy...
So I am going to the beach for the long weekend, and My brother is going to be taking care of Boo....and Shes gettin ready to shed.
Wish me Luck..er wish Boo luck..LOL
I have a glass tank with a screen top, and I always spray it whenever I can and it keeps the humidity right. I am gonna try the wet towel on top of the screen thing and hope that helps AND have him spritz her tank.
anyone know any other tricks to keep moisture for a long amount of time?
He is not home half the day and I am never gone for more than 6 hours at a time, So I am constantly checking her temps and humidity

Aluminum foil over the screen. When I used tanks I covered about 3/4ths of the screen with it. And dont use a lamp, they pull the moisture right out.

I have a 20g long w/ a screen top. I cover 3/4 of the screen w/ a mostly rung out dish towel. I replace it every 12hrs or so and my temps & humidity stay at

    cool side - 81.7
    warm side 93.4
    humidity - between 55-59%

Boy I don't miss those days of constantly monitoring temps and humidity in a glass tank! Tubs are SOOOO much easier and less stressful (at least they are for me).

    Good luck with Boo!

    hi,

you could also put a wet box in the tank, that would help keeping humidity for a longer time.

Ya a wet box would probably be a good idea, that way if the rest of the tank starts to dry out, the snake can chill in the wet box...
