    good shed ???
    Ok so i was thinking that he had a perfect first shed but I am not sure now I mean it is all one piece but the tail end and the head are open is that normal ( i hope that is not a stupid question ) and only one eyes cap is there I have not picked him up to look at him post shed becuse I wanted to know if they are sensitive to touch after ward . Any one have issues with that ??

    oh yea and It was so funny should have gotten a pic but it was all balled up at the door to his coconut.
    It was like he was saying "You wana get that" )...lol :rofl:

    Hi,

    They're not sensitive after shedding or anything like that. :)

    I always check the shed to make sure the eyecaps have come off and also the tip of the tail - if those are not on any of the bits you can find then yes, I would examine him to see if they are stuck on.

    just checked him out and he has not shed left on his eyes and tail and he looks AWSOME !!!!!!!!!!!! :gj: His coloring is GREAT right now ! I thought he was pretty befor ....lol

    Yes, and you can feed them when in blue if they are willing to eat. My more ravenous feeders will eat even when in deep shed.

    Oh wow I am still so new to this and my little man has gone against a few of the rules so for shedding ....lol He was not cranky :mad: ( This time ) I fed him on on reg. feeding day and he ate with GUSTO ! :taz: ( This time) But next time may be diff :colbert: . I think they all have their own way of doing things. I say give it a shot and see and if yours will eat or not . You never know :D

    I have one that will normally eat while in shed, but this week he was in deep shed and he refused. He showed interest (lots of tongue flicking, coming to sniff the nice warm rat I had for him) but never struck. He's always a very aggressive feeder for me so I was kind of surprised that he didn't take it.
