to get a calico? or do i have that wrong :weirdface? im not talking pieds either. im just curious cuz i have a very strong interest in the cinny, mojo pewter & i think its called a calico...pieds are nice too i think, if theres 50% color 50% white & not too much white to where it overtakes the color :colbert:...i will be getting either a cinny or a mojo, whichever one stands out the most,
whichever one says "BAM! pick me!"

I'm fairly certian a calico is a dominant gene. You have to have one to get one. Yeah, I know it sucks. I thought the same thing about them when I first saw them. :( Wish everything was a morph combo, but then again that would be boring.

    According to Nerd. It's dominant/TBD: http://www.newenglandreptile.com/ner...ll-python.html

Do you have any links for the super. I really don't think there is any need to be rude. It's a new morph and a lot to still be discovered.

Dan Sutherland thinks he proved it out. Google it, a lot comes up.

Yeah. Follow that link and you get an error page. I'm seeing tons of "I think it's a super" but has the super itself been proven? They seem to call it a bubble gum ball. And, from what I read, what they think is a super was an '08 ball. So, unless it was a male bred to a female and produced nothing but calico offspring, I don't see how it's possible to prove it.

Sorry, guys. I'm a hard evidence kind of person. And, I can't find one website saying they are 100% sure it's proven. We can't go by looks, it's genetics. And yes, I have googled. Unfortunately you can't just look at the pics. Most of the links I see either trace back here and are too old to follow, or are of super pastel calico's.
