Tank sale at PetCo

The PetCo bi-annual $1 a gallon sale started today. Sizes up to 55 gal, includes breeders and longs.

I picked up a 40 breeder and folding lid for $50 and change with other coupons and my discount.

Nice! Target is having a sale on 32 qt tubs for $4!

I saw that too! They had a nice selection of tubs. I almost upgraded my mealworm colony tubs but then remembered I was already going to have enough work today tiling the new breeder, disinfecting the 20, blacking out the sides of the 20 and all that other fun stuff involved with upgrading tanks.

I was waiting for the tank sale in my store, I was going to upgrade some geckos into a 55 then my neighbor gave me a 40 so that works XD Still may buy a 55 but we'll see

I was just about to post this, haha...I just went to Petco to pick up crickets and more CGD, and also got a 40 gallon breeder for $40. And to think I almost bought a used one from Craigslist for $60, lol.

Now I am deciding on wether or not to change from the 75 gallon to the 40 Breeder, or just hold on to it for when I get another pick up. I could change tanks and sell the 75 and buy another 40 Breeder perhaps, or maybe get some kind of Lizard for the 40...I have no idea what I will do with it, didnt need it, but for the price I wasnt going to pass it up. :snake2:
Wish I would of had another $20 on me, a 20 gallon long would of been nice to grab since I want to get a Corn someday.

Just make sure you do it soon. The sale is a promotional thing and they get in a bunch of extra tanks and when they are gone you can't do anything about it. My wifes store only had 3 40 breeders left. She said they won't get anymore.

well all the 40/55s in my area are sold out, if your store sells out they WILL NOT get anymore in, just letting everyone know
