We are back and he did great !!!!
I posted that I was taking my bp on vacation with me and I wanted to let everyone know how it went .
He was last fed on Tuesday and we left on Saturday afternoon I offered him food on Sunday afternoon after he had 24 hrs to get used to his new home and he ate like a champ ! I offered him food again on Thursday because we were driving home on Friday and he took that meal as well . We were at the lake so his humidity was spot on the whole time if not a little high 60-65 and now we have been home 24 hrs I went to check on him and he is blue and going into his first shed since I got him on the 10th of may i am soooooo excited :banana: its like a child's milestone :tears: and this is the only place I can brag !!!! You are the only ones who will understand me ....lol :P
Oh I am I wrong in thinking that shedding is a sign of him growing ??? I was wondering because that would mean that we are doing well after such a hard start !!! :D

I also had to add what a good boy he is . when I went to check on him I lifted his hide and picked him up thats when I noticed the blue eyes and I kindly put him back I did not want to bother him( I would hate to be picked up if I was half blind ) he did not flinch did not strike he was so sweet !

I just plain wouldn't have fed him for the vacation week, but I guess it's good he was willing to eat under stress. :D

Good to hear that you've got a cooperative boy. :) And yes, shedding means he's growing.

He is the best ! Even in blue he eats !!!!! I went ahead and offered him food just in case he would eat and he took it like a champ he is really amazing me he has done sooooooo good ! He even had a good attitude about it no striking when being taking out and put in his feeding box ( I feed out side of the in closer and he does great I know some of u do not agreee but it works well for us ) he even let me take a few pics befor I fed him . My little boy is the best !

My BP is right at the brink of shedding and she is super friendly at the moment. I had to get her out today to change her bedding and she was as cool as Miles Davis. No hissing or s-coiling so i was happy
