    Customer Service at its best.

    I sold my Herpstat Pro to a fellow forum member here and in transit, even though it was wrapped in a ton of bubble wrap, the screen was popped out of place and some of the components inside were damaged.

    I sent Dion an e-mail and he told us where to ship the unit, and he promptly repaired and shipped it back out the same day at no cost.

    Very quick to respond to our inquiries and quick to get the Herpstat Pro fixed.

    Dion was very kind and went above what was necessary to fix his product.

    Aside from Herpstats being an amazing product to begin with, you can be assured that it's backed up by a great business man.
