Clicking?

I was trying to feed my BP today and while i was i heard an occasional clicking sound from it. It does have a pinkish belly like it is going into shed and i did read that they can make weird breathing sounds before shedding. Should i be worried about it having an RI?

I think they can make! We bought our GS short before shedding, and he also made little breathing sounds, and had some slime in the mouth, but right after the shedding, it has been gone and everything was okay.
