    Care Sheet...
So, I'm going to be a new owner of a BP soon and I'm having trouble finding a good Care Sheet. I know enough about them to take care them but I just would like to know more and get lots of information out of it.

Also what does it mean when some one uses the word "Farm Raised" talking about Ball Pythons. The reason why I'm asking this is because I was going to buy a BP from a Local Reptile Store and I asked them if they were Captive Bred and he said "Farm Raised" I assume its not a good thing?

    Thank You
    Hunter Davis.

    You'll find the caresheet here.

I believe "Farm raised" means, essentially, that they are captive hatched (not bred) in Africa and then imported over.

I don't think there are really any issues with farm raising. You just don't know anything about the genetics. And if they were hatched on the farm, they'd have no parasites, etc. like from the wild.

Yea, I get it I would just feel much safer getting it from a local breeder.

    Thank You.
