Shane Congdon- KSC Exotics

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to take a moment to leave positive feedback for Shane Congdon. I originally bought a normal Super Cinnamon female ball python from him, unfortunately, she did not make it, she passed away during the shipment. Shane offered a full refund, but I asked if instead she could be replaced, and he agreed that he could replace her. The replacement was her brother, a Paradox Super Cinnamon ball python. He then went the extra mile to ensure that I and the snake would be happy this time and personally delivered to my door this morning, making a nine hour round trip for himself coming from Connecticut to New Jersey. I have to say that I am absolutely thrilled, both with his customer service and the snake I ended up receiving.

Now, THAT is great customer service!

Yeah, I could not believe how great of a guy he was. Phone calls, e-mails, private messaging, no matter what it was, he got back to me with in the hour. He was quick with communication, answered all questions, and on top of already being good, the delivery by far set him apart from all of the other breeders I have worked with. I have to admit, I may be sticking with him for anything that I am looking for, I am that happy with how this whole process turned out.

I completed a trade with Shane this spring. I shipped first, he delivered on his end. Everything went down exactly like it was supposed to. Great communication.

I wanted to bump this thread, I met Shane today at the New England Reptile Expo in Manchester, NH. I bought a male Mojave from him today. Seemed like a great guy from the short time we talked.

I'm glad to see this thread about his customer service. I will post pictures later on.

I agree. Shane is a great guy. I have never bought anything from him, but I have seen him at a few shows. I picked his brain about some difficulties I am having with my own collection, and he was more than willing to help. Gave me his card and told me to call him anytime if I had any more questions. I hope to do business with him in the future.

I got my cinny male from him. He threw in a free female normal for my little step brother bc it was his first snake. I was very impressed with shanes willingness to listen to him chatter about bps lol. A standup guy imo. I look forward to doing business with them again.
