I'm finally going to be up on the times lol
So I'm up for a phone upgrade. I almost just did it online and got a regular phone with a better camera but I'm glad I didn't. I stopped in at the AT&T store today and found out that the 2 newest iphone models come out next Thursday and that they are running a special for current customers only who are eligible for an upgrade. $99 for a brand new iphone! I can afford that. So I'm finally upgrading my neanderthal of a phone. The Samsung Sync. Hey, it was the thing to have when it first came out! :rolleye2:
Woooo I can't wait for my new toy! I'm picking mine up next Saturday :banana:

ya but if you didnt previously have a data package, get ready for an increased bill :( but its worth it, on my droid i am always on the internet... sometimes on facebook chat :) official!

I currently have unlimited data. I have for a few years now. Ive been online on my phone since my son was born. My bill will only go up $5 more than I pay now due to the data upgrade I have to get.
That and it has wifi. I have wifi at home for my computer. If I ever want to go online at home real quick and I use my home wifi, it will not be using the phone data package MB. I have a computer at work (usually) so Im not worried about racking up my bill.

Congrats! New phones, or any gadget, are always fun. Enjoy it!
My sister is all excited, she was able to pre-order her iPhone 4 and can't wait to pick it up. It will be a good fit for her I think, she is not techie so will like the iPhone. It's her first smartphone.
