One pink eye and one normal eye.
I just noticed this today when i took the picture. I tried bunching them all together to get a good pic but it didn't work. And in several pics i notices this mismatching of the eyes. She is a keeper.

There is a hamster with the same thing going on at my work, I'd be very intresed in finding out how that happens as well. Sorry I can't provide an answer myself.

It's called odd eyed and they have a high risk of carrying megacolon. Plus her being high white is also questionable for being a carrier of megacolon. I personally wouldn't breed her, but if you do, only breed her to selfs (solid colors).

    She's very cute though!

I dont breed any of the high white ones. Select few become my pets.

The last thing you want to deal with is your feeders throwing megacolon offspring. I'm just saying that IF you are going to breed them to throw feeders (or pets), it would be less risk if you bred them to a solid colored male. :)

I dont use dumbos for feeders. I breed african soft furs for that. I just love dumbos. I only breed them when people ask me to so they can have some non pet store rats as pets. And the extras i post on craigs list to find them homes. I have a male Norway rat and a female cream hairless that i might breed soon though just to see what they throw.

The dalmation is my favorite one. She cant get enough of being held. I've never had a rat as friendly or as fearless as her. She even loves my white german shepherd.
