    Can underfeeding cause agression?
I have been noticing that my 1 year old bp has seemed more agressive toward me and my mom. Whenever we walk past the glass, she curls up into striking position and seems like shed strike. I try to hold her as much as i can but sometimes it can be for as little as an hour a week. But il be able to hold her more because school is getting out next wednesday.

One thing i was thinking about was the fact that i just switched her from a 5 day feeding schedule to a 7-8 day about a month ago. Thats kind of when this attitude started. Should i switch back to feeding every 5 days? Any advice would be helpful.

    :salute:

It can, but only if you are not feeding ENOUGH.

You may have extended the feeding schedule, but are you feeding an appropriate sized meal?

If you are, then I would just say you are fine, and she'll get over it.

But striking is a sign of stress, so you would need to pinpoint what else has changed.

depending on her size, adult mice may be too small. are you using the general rule of between 10-15% of her body weight?
