    Hatchling Tub Setup?
How do i set up hatchling tubs? Just put them in a tub with moist paper towels and wait for their shed, then set them up as normal? Also do i have to leave them in a incubator for a amount of time after they leave the egg?

There are probably 50 ways to set up hatchlings, but here is what I do.

I sometimes let all the babies hatch, and they usually end up in one corner of the incubation box all together, and then take them out and put them in their own tubs. I set the tub up very moist prior to their first shed, with a water dish, and paper towels as substrate. Sometimes, if one baby hatches early, and the others have barely pipped, I will put it in its own tub right away, especially if it is a cool morph that I want to be able to look at without opening up my walkin closet style incubator.

Keep them very moist until their first shed. I wait a couple of days, if the snake looks like it absorbed all its yolk, to feed, or a week or so if the snake baby looks really fat still.

    Here's my method:

I snatch them up as soon as they leave the egg completely, weigh them, sex them, and photograph them. I put them in a hatchling rack, in a bin on damp newspaper, with a water bowl. I just make sure the humidity stays high until their first shed.
I start offering food 3 days after first shed, and every other day for the next week, until they're eating. If they don't eat after a week, I use longer gaps between offerings, then move on to other tricks. Most eat within a week.
