Blue eyed leucistic vs. Black eyed leucistic complex

Ok, so I have been thinking about the BEL vs BEL complex similarities and how they run parallel.
Mystic/Phantom = Sulfur - heavy color and pattern super
Mojave = Fire - light color and pattern super
Lemonback = Lesser Platinum/Butter - no color or pattern super
Thoughts???

Never really looked at it that way...... Are sulfer, lemonback and fire all compatible like the blue eyed varieties are? Is there as much color variation between between the black eyed varieties as there is the blue eyed version. example mojave is rather dark where butter is much more light and yellowish....
I dont know much about the black eyed variety and am quite interested in getting involved with them but am unsure which line I want to work with....

Correct me if I'm wrong but Don't Sulfers and Fires Produce the same super?
And the super form of the Mystic/Phantom isn't a BEL so it isn't in the same class, Even though when Bred to a Lesser it'll Produce BEL's..

I am pretty sure the sulfur and fire have been crossed to make a black eyed leucistic. I'm not sure about the lemonback. I think Albey made a lemonback pastel that was not like the fire pastel. Dave made a sulfur pastel that was also not like a fire pastel.

The one super sulfur I have seen pics of has a lot of yellow on it.
The super fires I have seen(roughly 60) mostly had some yellow with a few being solid white(to the naked eye).
The only super lemonback I have seen pics of seems pretty white and is described as such by ProExotics.

Well, I put the Mystic/Phantom in because I think it is part of the Blue Eyed leucistic complex since it's compatible with the Mojave and Lesser to make a BEL.

The super sulfur looks like a version of Leucism close to that of a Piebald. Affecting only parts of the body and not the whole body. The gene strands definately have distinctions and interact differently between all the different forms of Leucism currently known in ball pythons. Leucism can be different from one animal to the next. Blue eyes in snakes are a Leucistic trait, but only certain strains of Leucism produce blue eyes. These different versions of leucism are not all coded the same in the different genes of each of the Het forms. This is what produces the various interactive affects and also why even though I have heard of people trying, the black eyed and blue eyed versions have so far proven to be in completely different areas of the gene strands and completely incompatable.
Again we are back to the simple fact that no real genetic coding has been done on the various ball python morphs to know what alleles affect what or can affect what.
