    Thermostats
I'm looking into buying a thermostat and I'm pretty sure the general consensus is that the Helix DBS 1000 and the Herpstat are two of the best. Now my question is, can these two thermostats control two devices, like a UTH and a CHE, at the same time and at different temperatures or would a have to buy two seperate thermostats?

    Thanks,

My favorites are pre-wired Ranco therms and Helix. You can control multiple things with one therm but not on different temperatures. I use circuit breaker (safety switch) power strips to plug multiple flexwatt plugs into.

You would need to buy two or one Herpstat II which can control two different heat sources with two temp. probes. However, you can control more than one heat source if they are the same and in the same environment with one thermostat set for one temperature.

I know more about herpstats, but I'm sure they can both power at least two (Herpstat pro can do 4) different items at different temperatures.
