    Dwarf Tics
Hey guys, I was just wondering what the temperments are like for dwarf retics. Are they flighty like SD's? And males stay around the 8 foot mark right? Do they make good pets is basically what im asking.

    Thanks, Connor

From what I know, I believe it acts just like a normal Retic, just comes in a smaller package:D.

Personally I think Retics make great pets, just are a bit flighty. If you can handle their skills then I see no problem in getting a Dwarf:gj:.

For sure not a beginner snake, but if you do got the experience with other snakes there should be no problem for you to own one.

I believe they are a bit flighty like the SD's. They can also get a little bigger than you would think depending on the locality. As with anything, if you get one as a baby and handle it gently and often, you should not have any problems.

LOVE the Dwarf Tics and have many:gj::gj:...They are a little flighty, but not as much as SD's...Depending on the local a dwarf can be up to 12', so know what you're looking for and make sure you get it from a reputable breeder...Some will be called dwarfs because they have been bred with a dwarf/SD tics (i.e. Jampea and Kalatoa)...Thus, if they have 50% dwarf/SD blood in their lineage they can be called a dwarf...There is also talk that GS (Genetic Stripes and Seleyars) are dwarfs but don't have the dwarf in their name...They tend to get around 12' in length...The GS's are really beautiful, but tend to be flighty and can be nippy...I had one that was way spunky and have some dwarf tigers het GS that are pretty energetic to say the least and drew blood a couple of times...:D:D:D Sorry for the rambling, please feel free to PM if you have more questions...
