    Geocaching!
I was just turned on to this...and I'm loading the Geocache app on my iphone right now...this looks like a pretty exciting game!

    Anyone else into Geocaching?

When I was little I accidentally found a Geocache under a log. I think I traded a bike repair kit for a bar of soap with a toy dinosaur inside.
Yeah, that's all I know, haha.

Went on a field trip with my paleontology class through Kentucky and Tennessee and at one of the sites, we stumbled across a Geocache marking a site for some great geodes! Huge ones the size of softballs!

My husband and I just got into it recently. ^_^
It's huge fun, a great excuse to crawl through the underbrush in some random location, lol.

my boyfriend just bought a handheld gps yesterday! unfortunately, the first geocache we looked for turned out to be missing. when we got home we looked to make sure we had the coordinates right, and a few days earlier a couple people said they combed the area for hours and found nothing.

then we found a simple one on our way back home from looking for the first one!

SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we inputted like 30 geocaches into the GPS already, so many fun adventures coming up!

Hubby and I have been doing it for about a year now. It's lots of fun, and is a great excuse to get out and explore parts of nearby towns you never new existed.
