Hatchling racks, what do you use?

What type of racks do you all use for your hatchlings? If you have Pro's and Con's I'd greatly appreciate the input. :):)

I'm planning on getting the Reptilebasics.com hatchling racks http://www.reptilebasics.com/iris-sh...tub-sizes.html They seem really nice.

You can't go wrong with anything from Rich and RBI...:gj::gj:

We use the RBI hatchling racks and are very pleased with them.
