    First Boa - ID Help
I picked up my first boa, I am getting it from a friend of mine on friday night this week. I have a ball python, 8 corn snakes, rat snakes, and a cali king, but this is my first boa. I'm really excited about him. Anyway, he said it was a RTB from Colombia, does it look to you like that is what it is??? Thanks in advance.

It definitely is a Boa Constrictor Imperator (BCI). If your friend bought it as a Columbian, then that is probably what it is. Columbians are the most common available. Enjoy your new boa... :gj:

7ft is a good average to plan for. The range is more like 6-8ft...
