You need to take her to the veterinarian for medication.

You take her to a veterinarian. It is basically pneumonia. The vet will diagnose her, and put her on an appropriate antibiotic if that proves to be the case. Since treating an RI requires antibiotics, you can't do it at home. Untreated, it is likely to kill the snake.

heavy breathing isn't necessarily a respiratory infection. It could just be scared because a giant predator is staring at it.

If your snake is wheezing, has mucous or bubbles coming from its mouth, or is breathing with its mouth open then it does have an RI and needs to be seen by a vet.

you can up the temps just a bit....what are your hot and cool temps

Watch out for the ball pythons changes in behavior, lethargic, resting it's head on the water dish, or any elevated position. (it's to breath easier if they have R.I.) and like others said mucus. Go to the vet, and until then double check your temps. (I'd adjust it so your at 90 on the hot side and about 85 on the cold.)
