Re: just bought live mice my bps wont eat
If your snakes normally eat f/t 's then kill them (humanely) and freeze them for next week

Re: just bought live mice my bps wont eat
How long have you had them? Whats your setup?
Re: just bought live mice my bps wont eat
i have had them for 1 and a half months now, i have them in sweater boxes with paper towel and a water dish... nothing fancy!!
Re: just bought live mice my bps wont eat
When our BP wouldnt eat, we just left the mouse (f/t) in the cage over the heat mat over night, by morning it was gone. Two more weeks of that and he was eating out of the tongues.
Re: just bought live mice my bps wont eat
What do you mean by sweater box? A plastic tub for clothes storage? Do you have a heat source?

So you're saying their temperature is high 70s? You need to read the care sheet. low 80s is as low as their temp should go, and 91 or 2 is their perfect high temperature. You better hope they don't eat, because at that temperature you're going to get regurges.
Re: just bought live mice my bps wont eat
Yeah, they definitely won't eat if they're that cold. Get that flexwatt asap, and a THERMOSTAT! And read the caresheet, link is in sig. Oh, and I ask about the box because I hope it's secure so you don't lose them.
