I see you are using 2x grates. Any particular reason? I was just curious, because I did notice with a big clutches it will weigh the grating down into the medium. Good luck with those

I use the double egg crates to keep the eggs from sinking into the super wet medium.

Tried one layer and the eggs got soaked a couple years back and now I double up.
