Aussie in America 27 July until 31 July

Hi all

I will be in America for my first time and am wanting ideas on what places are good to visit to see some different herps.

I am planning to go to Prehistoric Pets on the Wednesday 28th, and then travel to Vegas that night. I am only in Vegas for the 3 nights before I fly home, but would love to get to see some cool tics and balls, and other stuff that we don't have over here.

Any ideas and help would be appreciated.

Do beware that you'll be here close to the hottest time of year, it will likely be 113F (45C) or hotter. Bring water so you can spend enough time exploring all the critters! be sure to see the albino western diamondback rattlesnakes.
