    You would probably have to insulate it and run heat to it.

    I would believe so, thats actually my plan once I stop renting apartments and buy a house.
    You would just have get or build one big enough to insulate it very well and buy a nice heater/AC unit for it.

    Well is it in or out side. because if it is outside you need alot of heating

    Depends where your located...I am in south florida and I have a ted shed, which are the nice fancy sheds and even with insulation and dry-wall and 2 fans it can get in the 90's...So in my case heating is not the problem its cooling it...Forgot to mention I also keep lots of rodents in there also, and I know they do release heat....good luck
