Umbilical question...

One of my recent hatchlings has an umbilical opening larger than his other clutch-mates; my question is, does anyone have an example they can point to that it should close on its own? Or, should I stitch it up myself?

i would prolly go to a vet who is familiar with snakes and see what they could do. im sure someone here can tell u exactly what to do but with something that small and fragile i'd be afraid to take chances. good luck, i hope the lil one does ok
